The CAI Canada approach to Process Transformation builds upon the work completed in a Process Assessment. This consulting service is designed not only to initiate positive change within the IT organization but to ensure that this change is sustained. Organizational process change is difficult. It takes commitment, dedication and an attitude of change. It must be accepted that the change process is an iterative process and that it takes effective individuals, teams and leaders to make it happen.

These phases are designed so that not only does the process change happen but that the organization learns how to continue and extend the transformation process to other areas of IT. One of the critical areas that we see for the on-going institutionalization of the process is effective Measurement Systems. Typically we work with the Organization to examine and configure their existing tools to ensure that a closed feedback loop is put into place. Reports are modified where possible to ensure that information is available for on-going compliance and monitoring of the new process. Additionally regular process reviews are built into the cycle to ensure that the system is sustained and continuously improved.
